License Agreement
1. License Grant
This license, issued by Webby Art SRL (“we,” “us,” or “our”), grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use Design UI within an unlimited number of personal, client, or business projects, subject to the following terms. This license is for Figma use only and is intended for a single editor. Each editor must have a separate license; team packages are available, and larger volume discounts can be arranged by contacting us.
2. Permitted Use
You may:
- Use and modify Design UI across an unlimited number of personal, client, or business projects.
- Distribute any products created with Design UI as long as those products do not directly compete with or redistribute Design UI itself.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute Design UI or any of its components as standalone files.
- Use Design UI to create derivative design kits, UI kits, or templates intended for redistribution or sale.
- Claim ownership of any unaltered components of Design UI in products or derivative works.
4. Ownership
Design UI is the exclusive property of Webby ART SRL and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. All rights, titles, and interests in Design UI, including but not limited to components, templates, visual assets, code, and design elements, remain solely with Webby ART SRL.
Modifications made to Design UI do not transfer any ownership rights. Any unauthorized attempt to claim ownership of, republish, or otherwise misrepresent Design UI or any derivative work as your own is strictly prohibited.
5. Updates
Updates to Design UI will be provided at no additional cost for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to make updates at our discretion.
6. Support
During the first month after purchase, we provide support with responses within 24 hours on workdays (Monday to Friday), between 8 AM and 4 PM EET(UTC+2) or EEST(UTC+3, during daylight saving time).
After the first month, customers may still contact us for assistance, bug reports, or other requests, although response times may vary and could be longer than during the initial support period.
7. Liability and Warranties
Design UI is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We will not be held liable for any damages arising in connection with the use or inability to use Design UI.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not offered once Design UI has been accessed or downloaded. Please review all details before purchasing.
9. Changes to License Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify these license terms if necessary for legal, operational, or user benefit reasons. In such cases, you will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of Design UI following notification of changes implies acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
Violation of any terms in this license will result in immediate termination of your rights to use Design UI. Continued usage after termination is prohibited.
